Vote-by-mail ballots must be received by the Elections Official no later than the close of the polls on Election Day, postmarks will not be accepted.  Ballots may also be dropped off at the Elections Office at 100 Courthouse Square, Room 11, Downieville or on Election Day only at the Loyalton Drop Box located at the Senior Center, First Street, Loyalton.  We will be happy to assist you if you have any questions.  Please contact the County Clerk’s Office for assistance at (530) 289-3295 or
