Kane Knoefler (32) Oroville / Downieville. Knoefler was sentenced to four years and four months in state prison, and assessed a fine of $3040. Knoefler was convicted by a jury of criminal threats, and three counts of attempting to deter peace officers from performing their duties by means of force or violence.
Brian Bird (20) Susanville. Loaded firearm in a vehicle while hunting. One year probation, fine $670.
Kyle Martin (22) Susanville. Loaded firearm in a vehicle while hunting. One year probation, fine $670.
Jennifer Daneri (310 Sacramento. Driving while suspended with four prior convictions. Sentencing is set on December 14.
Nicole Bragdon (35) Loyalton. Was sentenced to three years probation, 109 days jail, fine $2412, 20 hours of community service, a 52 week batters program, and ordered to stay away from the victim. She was convicted of battery on a co-habitant causing injury.
Ryan Funk (19) Loyalton. Disturbing the peace. Fine $500.
Kandice Kendrick (22) Portola.. She violated her probation on a conviction of driving under the influence by not paying her fine. The fine was converted to 20 days in jail and her probation was unsuccessfully terminated
Donald Neubauer (65) Grass Valley. He violated her probation on a conviction of driving under the influence by not paying his fine. The fine was converted to 18 days in jail and his probation was unsuccessfully terminated
