Levi Hyde-Beverage (33) Loyalton. Dog at large, fine $153.
Christopher Davis (36) Reno. Possession for sale of marijuana. To May 24 for sentencing.
Jonathan Kimpson (28) Loyalton. Possession of methamphetamine. Referred for proposition 36 drug diversion.
Vicki Johnson (50) Auburn Washington. Sentencing on felony driving under the influence as the result of too many prior convictions. Two years state prison, served in county jail by reason or AB 109.
Dharam Raj (52) Nevada City. Driving while his license was suspended, with a prior conviction for same and failure to appear. Five days jail, fine $2688, which was converted to 23 days in jail, plus $470 which was not convertible.
Kristie DeBerg (43) Loyalton. DeBerg pled guilty to two counts of residential burglary and admitted a special allegation that one of the burglaries was committed while she was out on bail on another felony. Sentencing is on May 11.
Brandon Smith (29) Reno. Smith pled guilty to felony vandalism and reckless driving, alcohol related. Sentencing is on May 27. He remains in custody on $50,000 bail.
Tomas Gonzales (19) Loyalton. After a contested preliminary hearing, Gonzales was ordered to stand trial on felony sex acts with a minor, petty theft, and committing acts which would cause a minor to break the law. He remains in custody on $50,000 bail.
Ramona Romero (20) Loyalton. After a contested preliminary hearing, Romero was ordered to stand trial on felony charges of concealing a child to deprive a custodial parent of custody. She remains in custody in lieu of $25,000 bail.
